Two straight subpar performances have knocked Alabama from the Top 10 for the first time in eight years — since a 2015 loss to Ole Miss. A loss to the Rebels on Saturday could bump the Crimson Tide closer to the previously unthinkable position of unranked. A win wouldn’t make the concerns go away, but it would be a big step in the right direction.
