Prince Joshua , Chris Dietrich , Tylik Hill and Joey Walton of Pope JohnRich Belin threw a 24-yard touchdown pass to Eli Garcia as time expired to give Cardinal Hayes a 40-34 win against Pope John, No. 11 in the NJ.com Top 20, at Columbia University in New York.
On the play, Belin took the shotgun snap, stepped up in the pocket to avoid pressure, scrambled left, and threw a strike in the back left corner of the end zone. Garcia caught the ball leaning out of bounds but keeping his toes in play.
