Very little is going to support women in South Africa. Ugandans are so serious about that policy, such that all annual budgets go through their human rights entities to be approved.The minister said most women don't report abuse because of economic dependence on their partners. Dlamini-Zuma said breaking the cycle of GBV and gender inequality, including brutality to the LGBTQIA community, needed ongoing interventions that filter down from government policies to community and residential structures to ensure a collective framework in the positive fight against this soaring violent pandemic.She said psychological issues that affect society start at home.
She said married people should consider going for counselling and practise raising children in safe spaces:
