Athletes will be allowed one penalty-free transfer within the first six semesters of their high school career

The NJSIAA will have a new transfer policy starting June 1.

Voting members Tuesday approved the so-called “penalty free transfer rule” by a 216-96 vote at NJSIAA Annual Meeting at Pines Manor in Edison. There was one abstentions.
