A Hoboken , N.J., man has been charged with animal cruelty after he allegedly drove his fast-moving e-bike into an innocent goose on purpose, killing it.
People called 911 in shock shortly after seeing Andrew Mullins, 30, allegedly strike the goose with the motorized bike on Sept. 11, near Pier A Park on Sinatra Drive.But “they found a person who fit the description of the individual on an e-bike and he was positively identified” as the goose-slaying suspect, a city spokesperson told The Post.
On April 27, Mullins allegedly threw a wooden roadblock sign through the windshield of a Queens man’s car.The car’s driver tried running him over, resulting in an attempted murder charge. Mullins was also arrested on April 14, 2023, on an outstanding warrant for an aggravated assault in Bayonne.
