Roderick William Sutherland, 44, who had previously been charged with offering an indignity to human remains, is now also facing a first-degree murder charge. Prince Albert RCMP arrested him on Tuesday and he was expected to appear before a justice of the peace on Wednesday evening. Major Crime investigators do not anticipate laying any further charges and believe they have identified all suspects in connection with the case, police said in the release.
