Nintendo is developing new games in its top brands: both 'Zelda' and 'Metroid' will be continued on the Switch.
Big announcements for Nintendo fans: during a livestream on Tuesday evening, the Japanese company announced " Metroid Prime 4: Beyond" and "The Legend of Zelda : Echoes of Wisdom". Both games are to be released for the current version of the Nintendo Switch.In "The Legend of Zelda : Echoes of Wisdom", Zelda , not Link, will be the main character for the first time.
According to the trailer, "Metroid Prime 4" will be released next year, but no further details have yet been given. The Switch is mentioned as the release platform. This is not necessarily a given, as Nintendo is currently working on a successor for the hybrid console. Nintendo itself has already made it clear that the console will be launched by March 2025. According to reports, Nintendo is building on the Switch concept with the new console.
