Prosecutors said Lee's killing came after a confrontation between Lee and Momeni over Lee's relationship with Momeni's sister, Khazar Elyassnia, and whether he had taken drugs with her. Several surveillance images were released last week which showed Momeni with Lee at Millennium Tower, where Elynassia and her husband live, and the two men together at Main and Harrison streets, near where police said he was stabbed.
