Haley was briefly diverted from the campaign trail in January to tend to her father, who had cancer and had just been hospitalized, according to multiple Haley said Sunday that Randhawa, a retired professor who emigrated from India to Canada and then later to the United States, was married for 64 years. He was a father of four, a grandfather, and a great-grandfather.
