A woman frantically called police at about 7 p.m. from King James Parkway and Center Ridge Road after a man wearing a Michael Myers mask approached her vehicle.CLEVELAND, Ohio – Westlake police arrested a man Tuesday evening and accused him of threatening a woman while he wore a “Michael Myers” Halloween mask.
The woman told a police dispatcher that she had just finished getting her hair done at Moxie Salon, 25060 Center Ridge Road. She got into her car when the man came at her. She told police he was not demanding money. She said the suspect and child fled on foot, hiding behind vehicles and bushes along the way.
A witness told officers the victim was putting on her seatbelt when the grandfather approached the car and yelled at the victim through her window.
