Nicole Kidman opened up about her upcoming sequel to 1998's cult classic 'Practical Magic' in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.

During a conversation with"Sandy and I have been talking about it for a while now," she said. "Warner Bros. was just gonna put feelers out and !"Kidman went on to explain that the sequel would re-examine the original film's feminist themes within the framework of a modern perspective.
"It'll be interesting, because, when it was first released, the way in which it was so sort of outrageous and now ," she said. "There's a whole reason to do it. There is something nice about ." She went on, "Ultimately, it is about sisters. I obviously have a sister and I'm raising sisters right now, so there's so much there anyway. how does that translate into now?"based on the novel by Alice Hoffman, followed the Owens sisters, two witch sisters, who, after accidentally killing Gillian's abusive boyfriend, bring him back as a zombie- using a forbidden spell. Meanwhile, Gillian deals with a family curse that causes the death of each of her lovers.
