More industrial projects keep sprouting across the Valley even after 68 buildings broke ground in the second quarter. phoenix
Eighteen months after embarking on new industrial buildings in the Valley, a pair of Canadian developers have more in the works.
CBRE Group Inc.'s Mike Parker brokered the off-market transaction and will be the listing broker of the 264,500-square-foot, three-building project in Mesa. Colliers International's Brian Gleason and Bonnie Haley handled the Peoria deal and will be listing brokers of that property moving forward, according to an announcement.
Through the entities AZ Cactus Industrial LP and AZ Larkspur Industrial LLC, Hopewell acquired the 14.2 acres in Peoria across two deals last September for more than $3.8 million from Empire Business Park Arizona LLC, according to real estate database Vizzda. Three class A buildings ranging in size from 65,000 to 93,000 square feet are already under construction.
