Nicola Sturgeon's sister posts cryptic message after former First Minister arrested
Nicola Sturgeon's sister has posted a cryptic message after the former First Minister was arrested earlier today.
Shortly after the 52-year-old was taken into custody by police, her younger sibling Gillian shared a picture which read: 'Sometimes there are no words'.Earlier today Police Scotland detectives announced they had taken Sturgeon in for questioning in connection with the ongoing probe into the funding and finances of the SNP.
The former first minister’s arrest comes after her husband and former SNP chief executive Peter Murrell was arrested in April.
