The Blue Super Moon won't be visible again until August 2032
Elvis sung about it and the Belgian's named a beer after it but the Blue Moon is a celestial phenomena which is only seen every few years.
A Super Blue Moon occurs when we see a combination of a supermoon, when the moon reaches its closest point to the Earth's orbit and a blue moon which describes a second full moon which occurs in the same month.Like most celestial events, areas with less light pollution such as costal areas and the countryside will provide the best views.
Wednesday is set to be cloudier but there should be some clear spells allowing us to catch a glimpse of the moon with Thursday set to be mainly cloudy.
