NFWM spots Chinese fishing vessel in Tawi-Tawi

“The patrol vessel BRP Laurence Narag , part of Naval Task Force 61, was sent to investigate an unidentified ship reported by a monitoring station in Tawi-Tawi,” Cabaltera said.
