Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Shaquil Barrett’s wife, Jordanna, has broken her silence after their 2-year-old daughter, Arrayah, died following a drowning accident.
“Today’s tragic news is heartbreaking for all members of the Buccaneers family,” read a statement from the Florida team shared via Twitter at the time. “Our thoughts and prayers are with Shaq, Jordanna and the entire Barrett family during this unimaginably difficult time.”The message continued: “While no words can provide true comfort at a time such as this, we offer our support and love as they begin to process this very profound loss of their beloved Arrayah.
The little one’s death “is not believed to be suspicious in nature at this time,” according to a police report obtained by . However, the outlet reported that an investigation into Arrayah’s passing is ongoing.
