Mackenzie Salmon is here reacting to every game on Sunday in Week 9.We are nine weeks into an NFL regular season that has 18 weeks, the midpoint of the season.Right now, the 8-0 Philadelphia Eagles, who lead the NFC East, would be the No. 1 seed in the NFC, should the playoffs begin today. The 7-1 Minnesota Vikings, on top of the NFC North, would be No. 2.
Three teams land wild card NFL playoff berths in each conference in the current format and the NFC postseason bids would currently go to the 6-2 Dallas Cowboys , the 6-2 New York Giants and the 4-4 San Francisco 49ers .The 6-2 Buffalo Bills would be the No. 1 seed in the AFC right now as the leader of the AFC East, followed by the 6-2, AFC West-leading Kansas City Chiefs.
