Officers were called to Lethington Road area of Newton Mearns at around 1.30 pm on Tuesday, October 17, following reports of a crash involving a Vauxhall Corsa.
The 50 year old female driver was arrested after failing a roadside breath test.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "About 1:30 pm on 17/10/23, officers attended an accident on Lethington Road Newton Mearns, where a Vauxhall Corsa had crashed into a tree.
"The 50-year-old female driver subsequently failed the roadside breath test. She was taken to hospital as a precaution whilst under arrest."
