The paper says Musk "emerged triumphant from lengthy negotiations" with company bosses after using his stake in car giant Tesla to secure funding for the bid.
GPs are set to vote on whether to cut their opening house to between 09:00 and 17:00, the Mail reports. The paper says the proposal will be tabled at a national conference next month as part of efforts to reduce GPs' workloads, but adds that patient groups have warned it would leave more people unable to access the care they need.The i reports that Boris Johnson is planning a "bonfire of policies to placate angry Tories".
