In the letter, the members demanded ADOR to rectify all significant breaches of the exclusive contracts within 14 days from the receipt of this letter.
While the specific demands that the members want to be rectified have not been disclosed, the certificate of contents reportedly addresses the recent rumors about the families and relatives of the members. According to the report, it states that NewJeans has no connection to these baseless rumors and that they will take firm actions to those who spread false rumors. If further states that if the members’ demands for rectification are not accepted, they will terminate their exclusive contracts.
In addition to this report, a listed company in which NewJeans member Hyein’s uncle is working was recently rumored to be planning to recruit Min Hee Jin and had met with her to invest in NewJeans.
