A New York woman who pleaded guilty to assault in connection with an incident that led tolast year will not serve any further jail time.

Police said Sanfratello, 54, had been working a special detail at the casino and was called there to break up a fight. According to a felony complaint, Sanfratello attempted to escort Michael Elmore, 33, and Lyndsey Wilcox, 39, out of the facility. "She began with the physical confrontation of the security guard and, from that, the arrest that was being affected by Sergeant Sanfratello," Finnell said. "So, in that sense, she started the events which led to the death of Sergeant Sanfratello. But legally, her responsibility ended when she was placed under arrest for the assault.
