U.S. Rep. Christopher Collins of New York is set to plead guilty Tuesday to charges related to his insider-trading case, according to court filings, likely resolving the charges lodged against the Republican congressman by Manhattan federal prosecutors last year.
It wasn’t immediately clear exactly what charges Mr. Collins would plead guilty to. Earlier this month, the representative from upstate New York pleaded not guilty to a revised set of insider-trading charges, including conspiracy to commit securities fraud.
