A new statement from a spokesperson for Former President Donald Trump is appearing to walk back claims made by the former president that he would be arrested on TuesdayManhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said he would not be intimidated by former President Trump's call for protest as he considers whether to make Trump the first former President to face criminal charges.
Bragg's email did not mention Trump by name but referenced "the ongoing press attention and public comments surrounding an ongoing investigation by this office."
