'Even though many set resolutions, some research has suggested that under 10% of those setting resolutions feel they are successful by year’s end,' Dr. Ray W. Christner, Psy.D., licensed psychologist, CEO of Cognitive Health Solutions, LLC and co-host of the 'Psyched to Practice Podcast,' tells TODAY.com. To help set yourself up for success, Christner says you should opt for 'simple goals that can be done easily and that will have quick results.'
