Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport has a new wine bar paired with an Amazon-powered convenience store, but passengers can only use touchless technology...

Hudson, the mega airport retailer and restaurant operator, said Decanted will be a “chic and inviting setting trimmed with modern finishes throughout” with 25 seats serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and tapas.

In addition to a selection of wines, craft beers and alcohol, Decanted will have a menu of charcuterie boards, flatbreads, soups, salads and desserts. “From the food to the overall experience, our new Decanted and Hudson Nonstop concept allows travelers to shop and eat the way they want to,” said Evan Schut, Hudson’s senior vice president of food and beverage, in a statement. “With this milestone new opening, we further establish Hudson as a driver of the latest in dining innovation while continuing to deliver the widest variety of offerings, all in one place.”It’s the fourth Hudson Nonstop store in the U.S.at Dallas Love Field.
