The Downtown Houston Management District has announced additional road and sidewalk closures due to ongoing repair work and changing wind conditions.

“Employers in this area are asked to allow workers who are able to work remotely to work from home for the remainder of this week to facilitate building repairs and public safety,” the management district said.Louisiana from Pease to Clay and from Polk to McKinneyMilam from McKinney to LamarMETRO Park & Ride service to Downtown will not resume until after the Memorial Day Holiday.
“Outside the focused area of active stabilization of broken windows, Downtown Houston is open, and regular programming has resumed. Restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, and parks have returned to regular schedules,” the management district said.
