New pictures of Jay Slater at a Tenerife pool party have emerged while mountain rescue teams tirelessly scour for the lost apprentice bricklayer.
The woman, who is also wearing sunglasses, is also holding a beer and smiling in the photograph, which was taken in front of palm trees and a hotel and shared on Facebook. The pictures were published yesterday as an update was issued by Jay's mother, Debbie Duncan. The distraught mum disclosed that the money raised through a fundraiser, named "Get Jay Slater home", will be used to aid mountain rescue teams who are "tirelessly searching for Jay".
Despite its £30,000 target, the fundraiser currently stands at nearly £40,000 in donations from worried members of the public. Debbie added: "Our stay in Tenerife needs to be extended, we will also use the funds to cover accommodation and food.
