The FBI released a photo of the New Orleans attack suspect riding a bike through the French Quarter, seeking information from anyone who was there between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on October.

The FBI has released a new photo showing the suspect in the New Year's terrorist attack in New Orleans riding a bike through the French Quarter in October of the previous year. The FBI is asking anyone who may have been in the French Quarter between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on that day to come forward. The attack killed 14 people and injured dozens more. Jabbar, the suspect, was killed in a shootout with New Orleans Police.

Since the attack, the investigation has expanded to Houston, where Jabbar lived. Federal and local law enforcement searched Jabbar's trailer in northern Harris County. On Tuesday, the FBI also searched a storage unit linked to Jabbar in northwest Harris County. Inside, they found a cooler similar to the ones found in New Orleans after the attack
