Mark Walsh and Michael Yan have purchased the Harrisburg-areaBudget Blinds sells shutters, blinds, draperies, shades and window film. The company also provides complimentary consultations, professional measuring, and installation services. The franchise offers shop-at-home services in the Harrisburg, Hershey, and Carlisle areas.

“Owning a company that helps transform and enhance a person’s home and life is a very rewarding job,” Walsh said in a news release. The Budget Blinds franchise also serves national and local commercial clients through its commercial division, BB Commercial Solutions.The Harrisburg-area franchise opened in 2005 and was purchased on Oct. 1.

Budget Blinds was founded in 1992 and is part of a family of brands under the umbrella of Home Franchise Concepts, franchisor of home improvement service companies including Tailored Living and Concrete Craft.
