Former Alabama tight end Miller Forristall appeared on the New Orleans Saints’ transaction report for the third time in six days on Tuesday. But this is likely to be the last time after the Saints put him on waivers.

But on Tuesday, New Orleans waived Forristall and guard Koda Martin as the Saints signed tight end Jimmy Graham and guards Trai Turner and Max Garcia.Forristall entered the NFL in May 2021 by signing with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted rookie after he caught 38 passes for 420 yards and five touchdowns in the final two of his five seasons at Alabama.

But Forristall has spent the majority of his NFL tenure with the Cleveland Browns, mainly on the practice squad during the regular-season period. Forristall played in two games as a rookie and four in the 2022 season. In those games, Forristall was on the field for 27 offensive snaps and 61 special-teams plays for Cleveland.
