New London police chief, Joseph Hicks, released new information Saturday on an apartment complex shooting that killed one and injured two.

NEW LONDON , Ohio -

According to Chief Hicks, the 70-year-old suspected gunman filed multiple repair requests for his apartment and felt, “his requests were not being adequately met.” The suspect was also preparing for an upcoming site inspection when he shot two of the office workers at Windy Acres assisted living apartment complex Friday.According to Chief Hicks, police found the two injured employees had escaped through a window from a locked office.
