Things seem to be going smoothly so far!
This offseason saw the Los Angeles Lakers bring back most of the team that went to the Western Conference Finals a year ago. But they also brought in some new guys to help bolster the depth and give themselves a better chance come playoff time.
He gives them another player who can score the basketball and someone who still has tremendous upside. While he hasn't lived up to the hype that surrounded him out of college, Reddish can still be a quality role player for the team. LA has great mentors in place to help Reddish this season. They want him to be himself, and find a role within the culture that they have built. It seems that so far, things are looking pretty smooth for the young player.
