While he hasn't lived up to the hype that surrounded him out of college, Reddish can still be a quality role player for the team. LA has great mentors in place to help Reddish this season. They want him to be himself, and find a role within the culture that they have built. It seems that so far, things are looking pretty smooth for the young player.
