Luis Vaquero was charged with threatening flight passengers, attendants and crew members on a flight from Miami to Newark. According to the complaint, Vaquero made threats of physical violence against a disabled minor and mocked a group of Jewish passengers. Upon arrival at Newark Liberty International Airport, Vaquero left his seat, banged on the flight deck door, and cursed at the captain. He then confronted the captain at the gate, screaming and threatening him until law enforcement boarded the plane and escorted him off.
