The home drew a large crowd at its open house, with about 100 people attending. The strategic pricing, based on renovated home sales in the area, attracted multiple offers and ultimately led to a successful sale.

“The Radburn area is close to the schools, shopping, it’s easy for commuters to get to routes 17 and 208. It’s a prime area,” said Ashley Bullock of LeConte Realty in Hasbrouck Heights, the listing agent. The home has two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor, along with the kitchen and living room, that overlooks a deck. The second floor has one bedroom and a half bathroom, and the other full bathroom is in the basement.
The home to the left was an expanded version of the same home. “We had a lot of builders come in,” the listing agent said.“We priced it strategically,” Bullock said, noting that renovated homes in the area were selling for about $600,000.The home sold for $605,000 — which is $106,000 or 21% more than its asking price.
