Phil Murphy asked the president and his administration to "reexamine" New York City's highly debated congestion pricing plan, the first of its kind in the nation, and its impact on the Garden State., which requested that "New York's congestion pricing scheme receive the close look it deserved but did not receive from the federal government last year."
