Symptoms of serious dehydration include: decreased urination, dry mouth and throat, dizziness, crying with few or no tears, and unusual sleepiness or fussiness.Norovirus can seem to come out of nowhere because symptoms develop very quickly, usually within 12 to 48 hours of being exposed, according to the CDC.
