After splashing out many millions for this Indian Creek Island property in 2021, the former White House advisors are getting much closer to calling it home.
It’s not the White House — but new images show a chic white mansion that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are renovating in Florida.At the time it was for sale,the French neoclassical-style home dressed in a tan tone — with the new photographs displaying a spread that’s since been colored white. A statement pool directly in front of the home remains.
Real estate sources tell The Post that Kushner and Trump extended their lease for a brief period under the new ownership, but that they aren’t living there any longer. That Surfside home was nice, but their permanent base on Indian Creek Island will be customized to their specifications. What’s more, proposals for the first floor show the main house aims to open into a large foyer with a dome-shaped cupola — and curbed staircases on either side. A Florida Room will have floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a large deck and a pool. The proposal for this floor also shows a chef’s kitchen next to a dining room, a family room with a wet bar and a movie room.
