Saskatchewan's government is mailing out $500 Affordability Tax Credit cheques later this year and The 500 Club is asking people to donate.

“It’s the idea of collective action for collective impact,” Berg said. “One million seems like a big and worthwhile and achievable target.” Berg, Walker and Chavady first met at the University of Saskatchewan but have kept in contact over the years, she said. Berg said government money is inherent political but the group wants to highlight unification through a common vision, regardless of political beliefs.Article content
