Good Morning Britain has unveiled a presenter change with a new star coming on to host the show this week
. Joining the normal line up will be Radio X broadcaster Gordon Smart.

See you bright and early at 6am, 29th and 30th December.” Fans reacted to his Tweet, with Gary McEwan writing: “Not bad for a boy that worked at The Courier. Well in!" Jen Thomas said: “Amazing news! Congrats.” dblckmn added: “Good luck Gordon. Just don’t be like Adil Ray...!”
