New details have come to light regarding the fitness icon's death back in July.
Richard Simmons' official cause of death was finally disclosed after the fitness icon was found unresponsive at his Los Angeles home last month.According to a spokesperson for his family, the Los Angeles Coroner's Office disclosed to Page Six on Wednesday, August 21, that Simmons passed away due to 'complications from recent falls,' with heart disease also playing a contributing role.
