McFarlane Toys has unveiled its latest DC Build-A Wave batch, centered around the iconic DC Comics event Green Lantern: Blackest Night, which ran from 2009 to 2010 and was written by Geoff Johns with art by Ivan Reis. The new Wave 8 figures are available for pre-order through Entertainment Earth. Blackest Night begins as the War of Light erupts among the Lantern Corps and invokes an ancient prophecy that goes beyond the Guardians.
