Police previously announced attempted murder charges against Marlon Kentral Williams, 21, and Bryan DeCarlos Mills Jr.Williams is being held in the Jefferson County Jail. Mills remains hospitalized after he was shot during the incident.
Published: Aug. 15, 2024, 3:41 p.m.More charges have been filed against two Birmingham man in connection with the shooting of a 16-year-old boy in Hoover earlier this week.On Thursday, Lt. Daniel Lowe said Williams and Mills are now also charged with two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle.
Two other people, Lowe said, came out of an apartment and fired several rounds at the suspects, who fled in a vehicle. The men who shot at the suspects were detained at the scene and held for questioning.
