The latest COD update has gone live for Warzone and MW2.
Roughly a week before the release of Modern Warfare 3, Activision has today let loose a new update for Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2. Currently, both Warzone and MW2 are in the midst of Season 6, which should last until the early part of December. And while many Call of Duty players are likely going to jump ship to MW3 this coming week, that hasn't prevented Activision from continually supporting its current offerings.
Rather than make any major balance changes to Warzone or Modern Warfare 2, this new Call of Duty patch is strictly tied to squashing bugs. Some of these bugs that have been fixed extend to both Warzone and MW2, while others are only associated with Warzone. Beyond this, today's update also makes some very minor tweaks to Warzone when it comes to the DMZ mode and has also resolved some other problems that would result in game crashes.
