A new breakfast-and-lunch concept called Full Goods Diner will open at the San Antonio culinary hub the Pearl in September, as Austin’s influence continues its southward march.
Located in the Full Goods building just east of La Gloria at the Pearl, Full Goods Diner will serve a variety of Mexican and American dishes, including handmade pastries, seasonal toasts, sandwiches, breakfast enchiladas, pancakes, sopes, tortas, tacos, salads and more. The kitchen will be overseen by Paperboy executive chef Patrick Jackson and chef de cuisine Ruvin Samarasundera.

While Full Goods Diner has a strong Austin connection, its San San Antonio roots run deep as well. Owner Ryan Harms is a San Antonio native who started Paperboy as a food truck in Austin in 2015 before moving into a brick-and-mortar space in East Austin in 2020.
