New Braunfels’ Wein and Saengerfest returns after two-year pandemic hiatus

The annual festival will return to downtown from noon to 10 p.m. on May 7.

The 2020 festival was canceled because of the pandemic. A scaled-down version of the event was canceled last year following severe weather conditions.

The festival will include live music, family and children’s activities, downtown shopping, food vendors, wine and craft beer education seminars and tastings.for wine and beer tasting and souvenir glasses at the event. Individual wine tasting tickets are $2 each. One glass of wine is $8, and tasting packages begin at $15.
