And Ayrshire Live has been given a sneak peek at what’s on offer inside at the Wellness Studio, in Fullarton Street.
There’s different styles of yoga on offer, there’s various wellbeing classes and workshops available; there’s sound healing sessions- and there’s even a programme where you can hone your pole dancing skills!She said: “I’ve just been looking for a place that had a bit of everything, I wasn’t just looking for a gym hall. And I wanted to create a space that caters for a wide variety of activities so I can enjoy it- and so could other people.
Jennifer has already enlisted the help of a team of expert instructors and reports that her schedule is starting to fill up.
