Congregational Place on Third Avenue and E Street in Chula Vista will bring 56 affordable housing units and PACE programming for seniors
A new senior affordable housing complex with older adult-focused services broke ground in downtown Chula Vista earlier this month. Dubbed the Congregational Place, the project will turn a longtime empty lot that was previously a used car dealership on the corner of Third Avenue and E Street into a seven-story building with 56 apartments. Also included: an outdoor deck on the second floor, a community lounge and rooms for various activities, such as arts and crafts.
