A new master-planned community could bring more than 2,000 new homes to one of the fastest growing counties in the Houston metro.

Starwood Land and Land Tejas are teaming up to bring a new community, Starbridge, to Beasley, Texas near Rosenberg in southwest Fort Bend County. Pictured is the area where the master-planned community is proposed off Highway 59.

Called Starbridge, the community is planned near the intersection of Highway 59 and Doris Road in Beasley, about 41 miles southwest of downtown Houston near Rosenberg. “Fort Bend County continues to be a very popular destination for homeowners,” John Brian, east region president of Starwood Land, said in a statement. “Starbridge will include many of Houston’s top homebuilders, a variety of family-oriented amenities and a well-planned community design. Land Tejas has developed some of Houston’s finest communities, and Starbridge will continue that legacy.
