Field and two other employees were suspended because of a separate incident that occurred last week, a source familiar with the matter said. Netflix said it had no comment about the memo; a company spokesperson did not dispute its contents as reported by The Verge. "Several of you have also asked where we draw the line on hate. We don't allow titles on Netflix that are designed to incite hate or violence, and we don't believe 'The Closer' crosses that line.
