Apple Cider Vinegar is written by creator Samantha Strauss, Anya Beyersdorf, and Angela Betzien, with Jeffrey Walker serving as the director. It is executive produced by Strauss, Dever, Walker, Liz Watts, Helen Gregory, Emile Sherman, Iain Canning, Louise Gough, and Simon Gillis, with Yvonne Collins and Libby Sharpe set as producers.
